The YMCA work with 211 in been a great experience. After 3 nights staying at the warming center I had a bad experience. Sone staff menber was rude and inconsiderate. I was sick because I been out in the cold for day and had a bad case of asma. The staff member made me feel uncomfortable standing over me and disturbing tell me to stop coughing gave me troublecwhen I woke and ask to take a shower then rush me out before I could be offered a meal. Other than that other have been kind.
