Unfortunate to leave a 1-star review but whoever answered their phone was incredibly rude to me. Hung up on me and when I called back (thinking it might’ve disconnected) hung up on me again mid sentence. Believe the persons name was Rae or Renee. Terrible first impression with the organization.

Their 'services' in Willimantic are an offensive, incompetent joke. Out of a parking lot in a fallen down rotten strip mall. Always starts late, often an hour late. Miserable tin-dictators and legitimate morons make up their staff. Some of these participation prize winners get paid for this?

This agency is understaffed, unprofessional, and unethical. They discharged my brother from their group home with no transition plan and no warning.

We had horrific turnover over the course of two years there. Staff provided services with minimal training, limited English, and complete lack of understanding of my brother’s needs.

If this is your only option, you should run the other way without looking back!
