Social services should be non judgmental and have the child best interest in mind while navigating the application process. I can tell you Tiffany M is a nightmare. She treats her clients like dirt and intentionally drags out the process on getting assistance.

They don't seem to care at all. You can also leave message after message with no help. If you have covered California and medical your screwed. They don't communicate with eachother and no one can help you fix errors THEY created. One will just say you have to call the other until you want to shoot yourself. Biggest joke ever!

Thank God for amateur County Public Services after 46 years of marriage my wife passed away she always handled the house the school the grandkids which were raising and is the bills. I never realized how much she actually did in a surely never thank her for it it's funny how complacent one becomes with your significant other and how a lot of times time goes by with no appreciation or showing or telling her how much she did and how it was appreciated. I'm new to the retired life and it's really overwhelming taking care of everything that she did in the house the kids the bills the appointments and all I can say is I'm very thankful that we live in the country that does have these benefits provided for the General Public. But it is up to you to apply for them so anybody out there that finds himself overwhelmed especially in these post covid days don't let the pressure weigh on you too much if you need help there's Services out there for you they're not going to come looking for you you have to apply for them so like I tell my son life can be easy or it can be hard it is all up to you and only you. So please people if you find yourself in that position before you go too far down that rabbit hole ask for help it's there for everybody and I want to say a special thanks to our case worker Miranda thank you thank you very much you all have a wonderful day and stay safe. That's about all I have to say.

Look you are a defunctionsl agency now and I guess you always will be when you charge people older people of low income $2990 for shared cost then you are dysfunctional this is horrible that you would do this to senior citizens on fixed income and then turn around and give illegal aliens free medical and food stamps look me and my wife are about ready to leave in our car 🚗 you guys that run that place are no better than a lumb on a log to anyone who has Medicare do not apply look I apply and they want me to pay $2900 share of cost to all seniors do not apply these people are the lowest of the lowest and do not belive them when they say will have your paperwork finished in 45 days they all lie there my paperwork took 69 + days the help there is school kids at best people BEWARE they stink on ICE do not use social service they only give OUR TAX money to illegal alians coming crossed our jo Biden border again I say they stink one star only

Went with my mom to the department of health for her Covid-19 vaccination. She had an appointment; and arrived a bit early; and the staff was very helpful and friendly.
The whole process was well organized and went smoothly without incident.
I thought our health department did a wonderful job. Our experience was a good one.

As soon as you walk in the door it's a terrible experience. The people at the front desk are very rude and don't let you know what's going on. Maybe it's because they don't know.... the turnover there is constant. Same with the Social Workers.... it seems I get a new one every few months or so. And I think it's a definite possibility the workers know they don't want to be there long so sometimes information gets set aside rather than being input on your case. But who pays for the mistakes... YOU. Terrible office! You'd think since it's such a small county it would be ran better.

Most staff seem inconvenienced.
Smells like cigarettes and disappointment entering the building. Need to move smokers away from entrance near dumpsters.

Discriminatory, biased, rude, criminals. They only serve women and caused both my children and I to be homeless on the streets purely because I am a disabled single father with sole custody of my children trying to give them a decent life. Additionally they made it so the child's mother does not have to pay child support hereby aiding, abetting and enabling her to be a deadbeat mom who walked out on her child almost 9 years ago. I filed a complaint with the director of the department, only to have the complaint whitewashed, covered up and squashed. I filed a complaint with the board of supervisors and there has been no response... Considering they make up the rules and regulations to benefit the agency and not the kids, I don't expect one... Because like I stated above from first hand experience, they are discriminatory, biased, rude, criminals...
