I scheduled an appointment with Ralph to have the “pull string” replaced on my in-the-ear canal hearing aid. This seems to be the kind of service nobody else is willing to do. I drove an hour each way, had both “pull strings” replaced while I waited and for a very fair price. Clearly, Ralph is an expert in his field and he is now my go-to guy for hearing aids.
