In the past, I have done academic research using quantitative methods, and I used I.B.M. SPSS Statistic Software. Nevertheless, I was embarking on a new project, and the idea was born to proceed with qualitative academic research. I encountered many questions, and my answers were limited. I found it was necessary to consult to continue to learn. Therefore, I contacted Approval Ready Consulting LLC, where I worked one-on-one with Khan Jo, who presented different ideas on approaching the literature review. He also provided guidance, and suggestions on approaching the research design specifically to address certain aspects of qualitative systematic review methodology, which I intended to pursue. In my discovery of qualitative systematic review, which is highly different from quantitative approaches, he also presented new ideas on approaching my research with PRISMA and collecting data appropriately to meet IRB approval. His guidance led me to discover PRISMA and a step-by-step data analysis plan, as well as how to utilize new software that would address qualitative approaches in contrast to SPSS. What I like about Approval Ready Consulting LCC is that you become part of the team in the learning process. The interaction with Khan Jo was very professional. He is kind, understands the challenges of research design, and is also knowledgeable in statistics inferential and descriptive statistics. Sub-par services... The grammar, diction, and organization were horrible. Therefore, I had to do twice the work during the last few days of my program. I thought editors were supposed to alleviate stress. $1500 is not cheap. My advice: ask them to edit one or two pages before you commit. If you are satisfied, proceed. If not, keep looking. ARC editors will copy-paste unrelated work from other students' papers to yours, change important terminology, and threaten to report you to your institution if you complain or request a refund. They will even claim that your work now belongs to them. Please do not be intimidated! Keep your emails. Your correspondence with ARC showing their useless "editing" is hard evidence. I found out (too late) that my school offers a superior editing service for only $300; and they don't threaten students.

Approval Ready Consulting (ARC) is a consulting service run by Michael Song that offers assistance with dissertations and academic projects. My experience with ARC, specifically with Michael Song, was disappointing and marred by deceptive business practices.

On February 12, 2024, I entered into a detailed contract with Mr. Song, outlining the assistance I needed with my dissertation. I took great care to ensure that all terms were agreed upon before making any payments. Despite the initial positive impression, my experience quickly turned sour.

After paying a significant deposit, Mr. Song agreed to provide edited versions of my dissertation Chapters 1-3 within two weeks. However, when the deadline approached, he demanded additional payments before delivering the work I had already paid for. This demand for more money and the refusal to provide the agreed-upon services without additional payment raised red flags.

Mr. Song's tactics of asking for more money before delivering the promised work appeared to be manipulative and deceptive. Despite my insistence on receiving the completed chapters before making any further payments, Mr. Song continued to press for more money, creating a situation that felt coercive and unethical.

In the end, I never received the edited chapters as promised. This experience left me frustrated and disappointed, but I was fortunate that my bank was able to protect me from potential financial loss due to fraud and misrepresentation.

In light of my experience with ARC and Michael Song, I strongly advise anyone considering their services to proceed with caution. It is essential to document all agreements in writing and to be wary of any requests for additional payments before the agreed-upon services are delivered. Based on my experience, I recommend considering alternative options for dissertation assistance, such as self-editing or working with reputable local companies.

Overall, my experience with Approval Ready Consulting was a cautionary tale of deceptive business practices and a lack of integrity in fulfilling commitments. It serves as a reminder to exercise diligence and skepticism when engaging with consulting services.
