Very verbally abusive district manager. 3 people were fired in my short time there. Expect verbal abuse from management. 1 manager just walked out mid shift from the toxicity. They have run down properties- you do not want to take on the liability as Property Manager, tenants safety is put at risk. two HVAC units went down in the middle of the summer and took over 5 days to repair. The tenants were pregnant and all they did was install one window unit for one bedroom for the entire unit. These tenants had other small children. The pay barely meets minimum wage and the housing offered is roach infested, with run down and not maintained-the grounds or apartments.

They definitely arent managing anything when it comes to ATHENS VILLAGE in athens Alabama..In fact, they are currently kicking people out for various reason even though they refused to fix stuff in apartments for months and years despite people putting in multiple work orders.These apartments are MOLDED,ROACH AND RAT INFESTED,and they just hire anybody to work for them. Property managers sleeping with the maintenance crew..managers on drugs..its a mess and HUD and the USDA need to investigate whoever owns these...how do you make elderly people who are on disability and social security move out of low income apartments that makes zero sense then to give them a days to find somewhere to live.That's heartless..I guess they're mad because people are upset about them raising rent prices and refusing to fix stuff in the apartments in a timely manner. MANAGEMENT is the reason that these apartments as well as Athens Park are in the shape that they are in.

Horrible place to live now. We lived in the Ardmore location put in several work orders for things to be fixed that were ignored. When it came time to renew our lease they said we had exceed the income limit to live there by 90 dollars a month so we move out. We clean the apartment just to receive a letter stating we owe them 700 dollars for paint and cleaning

Property manager at Rogersville apartments. Done complained several times. She is not trustworthy. Please get better managers.
