By far the best First Aid, CPR and AED Certification experience I have ever had. Terry Anderson, our instructor was amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable, had a lot of emergency hands on experience and made the class fun. His training was easy to follow and he answered all our questions. I highly recommend Terry!

Will never come back or recommend. Was not allowed to take a course I paid for because "there was no point" per instructor. When we arrived, we did not go in asking for Spanish CPR class but instead instructor immediately told us " if you're here for the Spanish class this is not it". I told her I didn't know there was a skill CPR class in Spanish because when I purchased it the only option available was English, I told her I had already paid for it and would just take it even though class would not get passed. I was told "no! I can't help you, call and ask them for help". I called and was told I had to paid for another class and wouldn't get refunded. I thought this place would have been easier but they made things complicated. I paid for something that got refused by instructor with no real reason other than my mother speaking Spanish and her English for what I'm guessing was not good enough for them.What a shame!My family has never felt such discrimination from a business will never come back or recommend. I've taken CPR classes in other places with no problems. Desert Education Solutions is the best, we will just continue to stick to them.

HORRIBLE Article 9 training!! I used this agency because it was the cheapest. I got what I paid for! The instructor Anna was useless. The majority of the questions were not gone over during the training course. I will now have to pay to take this course all over again! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY on this company!

I went to training here from 8:00 a.m. to about 5:00 p.m. to get certified in CPR & First Aid and also to take my article 9 the instructor there I believe her name was Angela was awesome! She made the class fun she interacted with us & was very hands on & answered all questions..

Very unprofessional and quite frankly very discriminating. Berenisse was not helpful at all. I took my aunt for a CPR class and was immediately greeted us with an attitude. She did not provide great customer service and blantaly told us that we needed to find another class to attend. I would not recommend this company to anyone!!

The disrespect my mother got from Berenisse is just a lot. Telling her she couldn't do the class in English because she assumed the amount of English my mother knew, worst part was Berenisse even spoke Spanish and was not willing to help her.

Great place to get your training and certifications done! Staff is kind and professional. The multiple classes and locations make it very convenient to get your training done quickly.
