Ms Mary is amazing- she is very professional, kind, patient and a wonderful teacher. She took my ASD Teenager out for a few weeks and he has become very confident and knowledgeable in his driving. I am So thankful for her and her services. We had zero problems with her as some reviews mention. We did not experience anything negative with her at all, it had been a great experience.we just signed up for another week of lessons.

?DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS DRIVING SCHOOL. The reviews that states that Mary helped their my daughter, son or theirselves with driving anxiety is a false advertisement. She did the complete opposite while I was in this so called training course. I started this driving school last Monday( July 31) and I booked the two weeks package ( July 31- Aug.10( $650). When she picked me up at 2:00 that day she had the nastiest attitude I have ever seen. She said, “where you think you going, I ain’t driving you around, come over to the driver’s seat( in a tone).What gets me is I asked her by phone was she willing to teach me because I don’t have any driving experience. She said yes and that’s why she is instructing driving school and this is what she do. She told me a bold face lie and could’ve just said no when I asked her ( this conversation was sometime in May). When she picked me up she was just yelling at me telling to me to just “go “(in a tone) and seems like she didn’t want to be there( which is a another comment I saw stating she loves what she do). This really came as a shock for I read reviews on her that she is very patient and friendly when it comes to new drivers. This woman knew I was nervous on the roads as I told her on the website when I booked her and by phone that I never been out on the road. She taught me nothing. I thought what she was supposed to be doing since the school is called Arrows driving school- drivers training. Where was the training? She said I was doing horrible on Monday and then turn around on Tuesday and let me do the same exact thing. Not reviewing my mistakes I made on Monday. She barely talked and when she did it was a tone as I did see one review said the same thing. I did the see the comment that she has a attitude (I think by nia )before I went to Ms. Mary but I wanted to experience it from my self. Now I know it is true. She is not doing what the article I read about her regarding that she is friendly’,and patient with new drivers in terms of training them as she did with training soldiers in combat. She canceled me Tuesday ( Aug.1) stating that I was argumentative and that the school is not for my learning abilities ( which I think was calling me slow or something. That statement really piss me off. How am I unteachable when she didn’t even teach. You have to be taught in order to learn. She email me this not when she dropped me off Tuesday at 3:00 but Tuesday night at 8:30. The time slot is also a rip off because the time I signed up for on arrows driving school website said 2:00- 3:30( a hour and 30 minutes) and she let me go at 3:00 on that Monday and Tuesday. She didn’t even tell me why she was letting me go. She is a rip off and I do not recommend.Once again, she is s liar, a waste of money and time and I do not recommend.I repeat : DO NOT GET THiS DRIVING SCHOOL IF YOU WANT TO GET YOUR MONEY WORTH. . She is a cold - hearted person and she does not deserve people time and money.She is the one that may have a mental health problem if she thinks that someone can learn something in two days. ?

Ms. Mary was a excellent teacher! I had about zero driving experience before and was very nervous to be on the road. Ms. Mary was very patient, friendly, helped build my confidence, and she was able to answer any questions I had. I felt incredibly calm and safe while driving with her. I was able to feel confident in my driving and was able to get my license on the first try. It was a wonderful experience and I would 100% recommend Ms. Mary for a instructor. Thank you so much Ms. Mary! I couldn’t have asked for a better instructor.

My husband and I were very nervous about teaching our daughter to drive. We decided to use Arrow Driving School. The instructor’s name was Mary. We instantly felt at ease when we met her. My daughter absolutely loved her and was not nervous to drive with her. I recommend Mary and Arrow 100%!

Mary was always on time, happy to be there to teach my son driving. It was an easy, pleasant experience. I think that anyone looking for driving instruction where the instructor is helpful and easy to learn from they should call this driving school and give them a try.

My daughter was very hesitant about learning to drive. Mary was very patient with her and built her confidence. Our daughter pushed through her fears and will be ready to take her license test. We weren't sure when she would be ready before she took this course.

Ms. Mary is an incredible instructor. She was able to help me with all of my driving fears and she answered all of my questions. After taking lessons with her, I was not very nervous on the day of my driving test. I would highly recommend her.
