Sound Bath classes are great.
If you need morning Yoga - Molly Wedgwood is my fav. She has not just technical expertise but also gives incredible mental support.

Definitely recommended for anyone seeking a place to recharge and build strength and resilience.

The staff here is so wonderful! They were so on top of things, and so helpful. I love the classes (mat Pilates, sound bath) - they have an excellent mix of relaxing and challenging classes and the teachers are excellent. I love the individual infrared saunas. Each is totally private, and they’re equip with color therapy, and TVs! Genius to be able to watch TV in the sauna. Highly recommend. Convenient area, and plenty of parking in the lot in the back!

I recently visited Artha, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming and inviting. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel comfortable.

I opted for a treatment package, which included infrared sauna, float tank, massage and cryotherapy. The massage was one of the best I’ve ever had – the therapist was skilled and tailored the session to target my specific tension areas. I left feeling rejuvenated and inspired.

The center is impeccably clean and well-maintained, which adds to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend Artha Wellness Sanctuary to everyone. I will definitely be returning soon!

It is easily one of the best wellness communities you can be a part of, truly brought my passion for yoga, mindful wellness and care for my body back, they have some of the most well-spoken and great teachers who can truly manage a class of all levels whether you do yoga daily or just a beginner they will make you feel comfortable and welcomed, plus their sauna rooms, are as private and peaceful as it gets! Not to mention a quick cryo session doesn’t hurt. I suggest taking Nick's power class on Saturdays he’s great!

My first time at Artha today ! Loveeeeeeeed it ! The Yoga class was so good. The yoga studio was clean and beautiful. Staff were so friendly and nice. They walked me to my personal Sauna room and Cryo chamber and explained how to use it and what to expect. I can’t wait to go back to try Float and other services they offer! Highly recommend all to go check it out!! And so reasonable!! All classes and Cryo included for only $180/month and sauna and float only $5 per session for members ❤️

Truly is a sanctuary, such a stunning place. Very elegant with a luxury touch, all amenities are great! Love the individual rooms for cold plunges, saunas and floating. Super relaxing and peaceful. Yoga studio and instructors are amazing as well. Staff is super welcoming! Give it a try!
