Great for children - adults. The kids can learn great life, and leadership skills as the get a great workout. My daughter has enjoyed the program for 4 conservative years now. The adults can get a great workout too. I can't recommend a better place. All the staff is very friendly and honestly they feel like family at this point.

Absolutely love ATA-Action Martial Arts! Master Gonzalez and his family are amazing and have definitely helped my son in his attitude, discipline, and self esteem. They are hands on and make sure to work with each child to ensure they "get it" I would recommend this school to anyone and everyone!

I can't even begin to express the gratitude and appreciation I have for the entire Gonzales family. My husband and our 2 sons had not been active in ATA for almost a year due to a move and we were so excited when we saw the sign for ATA Jonesboro. In just one month they were back on track. I immediately saw a change in our boys that still exists today! They look forward to going to class, they are excited to practice (without being asked) and have a greater respect for us as well as others. Their confidence level is amazing. I was so impressed with their progress that I even joined! I leave each class with a smile on my face. In just a few short months I'm jumping and kicking and doing things I never thought I would EVER be able to do! I attribute all of this to Master Gonzales and his family. They are kind and truly care about their students and want them to do well. They are amazing instructors and I feel very fortunate that my family has this family in our lives!

ATA has been wonderful for my boys. Not only are they building confidence and athleticism, they are learning respect for others, self-control, and building a healthy self-esteem. We are so proud of the progress our daughter has made in just 6 months, and the continual reinforcement and support her instructors have given her. My son has just started, however he is so enthralled by the instructors and their passion. I, as a parent, am very impressed by the values that are impressed upon them each and every time they walk through the door. Most importantly though is the respect the instructors show every single student, whether they are here for the first time or are already on an advanced belt. The classes are truly going to impact my student in and outside of the ATA classroom.

We have been so happy with our experience with ATA and the Gonzales family. They have become more than an extracurricular, but a more of a part of our family. They treat our children like their own and celebrate them by teaching the skill of martial arts and discipline. If you're looking for something to get your child(ren) involved in, I would recommend them 100 times over!
