The Automotive Dealership Institute exceeded all of my expectations. The four-week Finance and Insurance Manager course was incredibly informative, well-structured, and taught by instructors who are not only experts in their field but also genuinely passionate about helping students succeed.

What truly sets ADI apart is the level of care and professionalism from the entire staff. From enrollment to graduation, they were supportive, responsive, and committed to providing a top-notch learning experience. The job placement assistance was also outstanding, I was able to secure a great position as an F&I Manager shortly after completing the program.

My Husband (veteran of the army) attended school here April 14 and graduated May 9. I had the pleasure of meeting such a lovely staff. They were all so kind, and you could see in their hard work and dedication that they wanted the best for their students. the atmosphere from student to student and student to teacher was amazing you can tell a family was made in that month of hard work they all did together as a team. It has changed our life to better opportunities i just want to say thank you so much Mr. Williams for your dedication to teaching them and making sure they get to where they need to go. I highly suggest if you have the time to take this course it will be well worth it.

I entered the school with no experience working at a car dealership. After the training I applied for jobs and went in person introduce myself with the knowledge and confidence from the course. After a few rejections I was hired on the spot at a Buick GMC dealership. Now that I am in the F&I role I can 100% say the school set me up for success! The only learning curve I had was preparing state specific (Ohio) documents. I was able to jump right into the role as an F&I manager so I HIGHLY recommend this school over any others!! I attended the January 2025 class. I am a retired US ARMY VET. I was looking forward a career change and I definitely walked into an amazing opportunity. The entire experience was amazing! John was our lead professor. He has over 30 years in the industry. His knowledge was great. There is a lot of information and it can seem very intimidating however it is presented in a way to ensure comprehension. Week 2 is really intense but everything starts coming together in Week 3.

I can’t say enough about the entire staff. Kimberly, Coach Russ, Tim, and Arzu work tirelessly behind the scenes preparing resumes and mock interviews.

I graduated on 31 January (Friday) and I followed the process given. I was hired by Cavender Auto Group (Midland, TX) on 10 February!! I had no previous experience.

The school, atmosphere, environment, are all superior. Thank you to everyone at ADI. I will be visiting in the summer!

Having prior F & I Experience in the recreational field I decided to make a change to the Automotive industry. After a few months of trying to land an F & I position with no success, I felt as though it was time to refine myself and go to Automotive Dealership Institute. When I arrived I was greeted with open arms, literally. The beautiful staff of ADI has real world experiences ranging from all over the United States with tons of Auto Group Connections.
Upon completion of the class and having the Professional skills I learned , it ONLY took me 1 week and 4 interviews to have 4 offers presented to me.
I firmly believe that the ADI diploma and skills I learned is what allowed me to earn those 4 offers.
I would without a doubt, without hesitation recommend ADI to anyone looking to project their income and their career into the Automotive Industry.
