One of the managers Alex just saved out butts big time. Needed a new fuel pump and received the wrong part on their end (online order, not the store) cuz of a bad return. Had my tank dropped and everything then noticed we received the wrong part. He went above and beyond to make sure we left with the right part today since I’m pregnant and have many appointments I need to get to and was inconvenient for my truck to sit for more days. We can’t thank him enough!

Don't ever order anything tholmg you're getting the the right part the next day. O er and over and over I order parts and everytime it's the wrong one. Maybe they should have someone in there that actually has worked on a car . Not a woman who doesn't know anything

And I would give a zero if I could you ask somebody for parts the people that work there supposed to know what they're doing with the vehicle sitting right outside and they can't even get a pair of brake pads right and they want to hang up on you when you call him and ask him what's going on why they're doing that they're hateful they're nasty and they're not professional

I usually use the other auto parts store that is close by. The main reason for this is that this store I have been to a few times and even though they may not know exactly what location the item is located, they certainly won't bother coming out from behind their counter to look for you.
I'm a hands-on person and have worked retail for a number of years, and you provide the customer with more service by actually helping them instead of saying that it's over there somewhere! I won't stop again to interrupt them from staring at their phones.

Called in to price wheel berings lady said had them in stocks 55$ each got there 20mins later and they said 95$ each wasn't able to get parts because the lady looked up wrong stuff

I went in to grab a few items for my new car. The stock wipers were messed up and were causing scuffs on my window. They seemed busy at first so I browsed the store. Not so much as a hello or I'll be right with you upon entering. Once it slowed I went up front to get the wiper as I didn't know what size I needed. The first clerk was busy so I waited patiently behind.

Another clerk emerged not long after to help me. I told him the details and he kind of grunted and acted more annoyed than anything. He showed a few wipers and I told him which one. After he grabbed it he brought it back up and immediately asked cash or credit. Another reason for my visit was for some fuses. And since fuses come in various sizes like mini and what not I wanted to see what kind I need. I asked the clerk and he said they can't look that up. A car store that can't look up a basic car part. I told him I just wanted a pack of various amps 10, 15 etc of the right size as I had seen it online as in store. He told me he simply can't look that up.

I rang out and asked if they put wipers on vehicles like Advance Auto does. He begrudgingly said yes and that it may be a minute as he had another person to take care of. He walked off and I proceeded to wait 15 minutes and still no one. I left and put the wipers on myself. Drove I rd to advance and they happily got me the fuses for my vehicle. I will not be back to AutoZone

One if you had another option take it kinda place. Employees made it feel like you were putting them out to help. Simply need a length of vacuum line and paid nearly triple for what I would have anywhere else. There's an Advance Auto next door to it and I should have left and went there but I was in a hurry to fix the problem at hand so I bite the bullet bought what I need and won't be back.
