We always have a great time when we have an event at this location. All the staff and the students are always nice-they always speak to you when passing in the hall and smile. The theater is a great venue for business meetings or parties and get-togethers. We’ve been here several times for our business and have used two different rooms that they have available- the big theater and a smaller classroom upstairs. Our mentor in real estate schedules meetings at places where she will be able to provide the best experience for the most people at the most reasonable cost. This was another example of that today.

Turned away from salon appointment for having a pinhole sized scratch(no exaggeration, have a photo and no open wound) on my scalp that I had no knowledge of. I have scoured the website for their services policy but don’t see one. I understand if a scratch prevents from chemical services but not from a haircut and this should be asked before booking. The time and effort to schedule this appointment then be turned away completely without prior notice to check for a scratch on my scalp. Absolute waste of time. Their own student said to myself and the instructor that she was unaware of that “policy”. This place has turned into a joke anyway.

I received a facial by Faith Bridges at Aveda on Saturday and I cannot brag enough about how moisturized and glowy my skin is!! She was very knowledgeable and asked a ton of questions to assess the perfect cocktail for my main concern which was hydration since using prescribed acne medication. The facial itself was super relaxing. She was gentle and informative. Afterwards, we talked through my current routine and I even purchased one of the products used to keep this glow I have going!! Highly recommend Faith!! I will definitely be seeing her again! No more dry patches for me! ♥️

The instructor or teacher whatever you want to call her was not listening to the student of what I wanted or myself.
I came out looking no different then when I came in , however I sat in the chair for over 4 hours. I showed a picture they said they could do it
I said full highlights instructor said partial. They did not do what color I asked or get near the picture. I'm blaming the instructor not the student . Then they put on the pay sheet things that wasn't even done on my hair. They did the same to my daughter.
I am very disappointed I let the Instructor know but I didn't get to upset due to the fact it was already after 5pm and the student was just listening to the teacher
The teacher's need to start listening more to what the client is asking for .

VERY satisfied with the way my hair turned out! I got highlights and a balayage. 2 girls/students were working on my hair, and their instructor (a master stylist with an educator’s license) would check in every now and then to make sure they were doing everything right. The quality of service I received here is as good as any regular salon. The students are so friendly, pleasant, and eager to learn. The color I wanted was a more platinum shade of blonde with dimension/ darker shades of blonde (as opposed to the golden blonde I had). All of these are “after” pics except for the “before” pic of the roots showing. The color looks different is various lighting conditions, hence the extra photos to show this

My daughter and I came on a rainy day, looking for a way to spend time. The staff was great and was able to get us in at the same time a bit later in the day. We both had excellent experiences! We didn’t realize they were offering half price facials so we were able to both get an hour facial for $20 each! Turned into a marvelous day and we’ve already made plans to go back! Will absolutely repeat!

Aveda is top of the line! Recently I started using botanical repair shampoo n conditioner and I have to say I'm in love with this product. My hair is in a much better place from strength 💪 to feel to the way it looks. Its made my hair grow along with healing it. I'm very excited to try more products and I'm using the delivery system and it's been a good experience as well. Fast accurate service. The Hoover location is very nice n clean with many different products for pretty much anything. I'm very satisfied with my purchase and will continue to use the delivery service. Thank you Aveda for helping me heal my hair. Your product cost a bit more than drugstore products but it's so true you definitely get what you pay for. Aveda you truly have a lifetime customer. Tky
