We used Axiom ACT test prep services for my daughter and were thrilled with the outcome. The initial assessment and subsequent tutoring were comprehensive and effective. The tutors were able to identify areas of strength and relative weaknesses and focus on building both knowledge and test-taking skills. Each individual who works at Axiom - from scheduling staff, management to tutorial services - is respectful and genuinely committed to providing the best possible education and preparation for students. We were impressed by the educational staff's knowledge of the ACT as well as differing learning styles. I would recommend Axiom to anyone looking for standardized test prep services for their child; we will use them again!

I'm a high school student working to improve my ACT score. One day my parents recommended Axiom to me, so I gave it a shot. My first session with them was great and I could tell that I would improve my score drastically. I've been attending Axiom once a week for about six months. My ACT score has gone up 5 points from working with them. Axiom is a fun learning environment and I've made a great relationship with my instructor. I would fully recommend Axiom to anyone who wants to see their score improve on standardize testing.

We are extremely pleased with the program at Axiom Learning! When we first stumbled upon Axiom Learning, we were simply looking for a more effective alternative to typical tutoring. What we ultimately experienced was much more profound than traditional tutoring. Axiom’s instructors are highly skilled and very professional, and Axiom’s well-designed personal programs continue to keep our 15-year-old daughter deeply engaged. Not only are Axiom’s sessions designed to address our daughter’s specific needs, they are interactive and stimulating – so much so that our daughter was actually excited to spend each day over this past summer at Axiom. Axiom has been a very good experience for our son. He started tutoring at Axiom over summer after his freshman year in High School. Axiom did an initial assessment of the areas of improvement and tailored the tutoring sessions to improve his core skills and academic abilities. We are pleased that this has resulted in improved academics and increased his confidence. The Axiom tutors he has are excellent and work well with him and he in turn responds positively to them. The fact that our son is enthusiastic about going to Axiom and attending his High School speaks volumes to his improved results and academic confidence. We sent my 9 year old daughter to the leap program at Axiom in Chestnut Hill for help with executive function and output. My daughter has adhd and has trouble completing work. The teachers at axiom are very caring, fun, and capable. They each spent time getting to know my daughter and her strengths and weaknesses so they could pinpoint exactly where she needed the most help. The strategies used in the leap program were always fun and interesting. After the leap program ended I decided to keep my daughter in the tutoring program to focus on the areas where she still has problems with output, like writing. The strategies have changed, but they still make it fun and interesting for her and she loves going to Axiom every week.

I recommend Axiom because the teachers are completely committed. I've seen improvement in my daughter's school work in both content and output. If your child has adhd, this is not a miracle cure. Attention, task completion, etc. is still an ongoing issue. But I do feel like this extra, one on one help will continue to improve her ability to complete work and enhance her overall academic performance.

Axiom is a very impressive learning center. My son, who is 11 and has a learning disability, has seen significant progress in the past 6 months of Axiom sessions. The tutors he was matched with have all been excellent. They seem to take special care when matching students with tutors to be sure they will work well together. Despite my son's typical frustration with anything related to schoolwork, he said "I like Axiom. They know how to make the challenges fun." He loves going there and always seems energized at the end of a session. The strategies are also matched to students after an initial assessment. Many of them are intense but they are interspersed with fun activities to keep the pacing appropriate for the student. The approach seem to be cutting edge for addressing processing delays, but they assess and analyse data frequently to measure progress. The staff is always quick to respond when I have questions or concerns. They always impress me with their familiarity with my son's challenges and his personality; there is real teamwork among the staff so that everyone who works in the office is able to contribute to the students' success.
