Our company, Valle Verde Retirement community, has worked with Jack Armstrong at AZ safety LLC to do N95 respirator FIT testing for our team members twice. This reflects several days work and many employees. He has also trained 6 members of our own team to do the FIT testing ourselves. Jack is knowledgeable, thorough, very professional, kind and dependable. I would highly recommend him for this OSHA required task. In addition to performing this training, he donated supplies to us that we might need in the future. When Jack does training for me, and he as at four different companies, he takes good care to be prepared and ask questions about the group and the goals of a program. I can only imagine how hard it would be to "fly blind" into a group with no context and we have been able to create a pre-training plan so that he knows my goals and the type of group, room and situation he will be headed in to. I really appreciate his curiosity and pre-work that contributes to a successful program. If someone didn't understand the importance of that they might be confused about need for communication and his commitment to doing a good job.

I don't usually write reviews on my Google, but today I had the awful experience of meeting a Santa Barbara man named Jack Armstrong, the owner of AZ Safety. He performed a training at my company and afterwards this man, who I just barely met today completely went off on me. He told me, I was the worst professional he had ever met. He told me I was the worst manager he has ever met. He continued yelling many other things at me while I was in complete shock having never been spoken to like that by a professional contractor company. He seemed quite delusional as he told me how I did not do this and did not do that, when he never told me nor my company his expectations. It was extremely bizarre and completely out of left field. I was extremely caught off guard by this unstable individual. To the unsuspecting customer or company seeking any sort of Safety Training, please steer clear of Jack Armstrong and his company AZ Safety for your own sake and the sake of your employees.
