I called 10 minutes before they closed on a Friday in a panic trying to find a football girdle for my son. I spoke with Walter and he checked to see if they had his size in stock and told me he would stay and wait for me to get there so I could have them for his game. I am so so thankful of his kindness and willing to help me. Great customer service, and a third of the price compared to one of the chains. I will recommend them to everyone and will forever give them my business. Thank you SO much Walter!!

Walter was fabulous, Has the patience and great customer service with helping Us to pick out the best options for jersey and shirt. Did an amazing job printing expeditiously in time for the football games at Leon HS. The store handles big jobs but still takes time to take care of my small jobs.

Though customer service was ok the 3 times I went there, I was really left feeling like I was mislead on the purchase of a baseball bat. I purchased one in Feb of 24 for a child's 31 inch USA bat for $180.00. It was a Louisville Slugger. Long term brand right? The main thing that I liked was they said be sure to save that receipt because the warranty is good for a year. They insinuated just bring it back and if not abused, it would be replaced, no questions. So just after 4 months of use by a skinny 11 year old batting, the end cap cracked and came loose. I took it back and the person that day just looked at me like, yea what do you want me to do. He rather rudely says "we don't take returns." I had my receipt. Oh no, you have to go back to the vendor. He says " we would never make any money if we did that" so I just left without commenting.

After I sent it in, the company ( Louisville Slugger) informs me that the bat was over 4 years old. So basically B&B had bought super old models, and charged me the current price of a newer model at today's price point. I can imagine if a bat is 4 years old even with no use, that glue that holds in the end caps will dry out and fail as well as the plastic end cap will dry out and crack over time. That's just common sense.

No wonder it only lasted about 4 months.
When I was supplied a list to swap it out from the company, the company only had 2 bats to choose from on their site. One was $69.00 and the other was $89.00. No other choices except super high $350.00 and up bats. After going back and forth they (LS) agreed to send me 1 bat that was $199.00 but they had none and had to build more. That was after their approval process which took about 2 weeks.

So long story short, if you want something that is on the higher side then you may want to research what buy from this place or you may take a $$ hit WHEN it fails. In this case we also had to go and buy another bat to use for now while we wait 2 months ( and counting) to receive another one.
Just their smug attitude that day really aggravated me, but selling 4 year old products without a discount is plain wrong, and they had several, not just a one off. Unless I cannot find it anywhere else, we won't return which I really doubt they would care.

I called on the phone and the first time the man hung up on me. The second time I called he didnt have what I was looking for and then hung up the phone without me saying I was done talking to him. This is the first place I would have gone, because it is a small business. But with that customer service I will be looking other places in the future!
