Balance is a wonderful community staple for all our local kiddos. I had the absolute pleasure of coaching at Balance for a little over a year. In that time, I came to know Balance inside and out. With this knowledge, I can tell you that the gym is a special safe haven for children to come to when they've have a stressful day at school, a disheartening argument with mom or dad, or are otherwise just feeling a bit out of place in the world. The gym is a second home for many -- children and staff alike! There is a positive atmosphere that radiates so strongly, you can't help but take some of that positivity home with you.

Now as a mother myself, I bring my son to Mommy & Me classes because I understand the true value Balance offers. It's not just a place where he learns new skills and grows stronger -- though he certainly has done a great deal of both -- but Balance is also a place where I know he will learn to have faith in himself, to trust in others, and cheer for the success of friends and strangers equally. The gym fosters a sense of "goodness" and teaches children to be good friends, good listeners, good athletes, good communicators, and above all else, good tiny humans.

Katie and her staff aren't just gymnastics coaches, they're life coaches, and I firmly believe that.

We started at balance 2 years ago when we did a mommy and me class. It was amazing and so interactive with my daughter. We then started pre k gymnastics with her 7 months ago. We could not have picked a better place. The facilities are clean, the staff is amazing. All the coaches are very warming and know all of their students names. They're very encouraging and all about team!
Balance's extra activists such as a princess party are phenomenal and so inclusive. 10/10 recommend!

I bring my son with special needs to balance weekly for their ninja class. The patience of his coach is remarkable! My son is thriving in the class, working on not only his health and wellness but his social skills and direction taking as well as his patience! Every class he laughs and smiles the entire time and leaves sweaty and ready for water! I would recommend balance to anyone looking for a fun fitness type class for their kids!

Definitely recommend. All of the coaches are great with kids and are great at communicating with the parents, letting us know how the kids are doing! My kids are always anxious to get back to the gym!
