I just love this studio, everyone is so friendly, the instructors are warm and inviting, the sound meditation on Wednesday evening is so tranquil, I leave class feeling refreshed and rested every time 🙏 namaste!

I’m in love! The decor is on point, adorable clothes, and the yoga was exactly what I needed today. I typically do yoga at home but I find I don’t often challenge myself much out of my comfort zone. Today was not only modified for all yoga participants but also took me to new places in my yoga journey and made me feel incredible.

You've got to check out this yoga studio! All the instructors (from Crystal to Amber to Nichole) are outstanding! You can find what you're looking for whether it's a workout, a flow, or a date with mindfulness! So glad to have this gem in Palmer Lake!
