The staff of this daycare take money from parents, including a refundable last week’s deposit, and never refund. Shockingly poor level of respect for parents. After we requested a refund, we were deleted from the Procare system and the conversation was deleted, as though it never happened! Do not prepay anything in advance here, you will not get it back without a lawyer. All our requests, emails and calls were rudely ignored. I hope the owners read this review and understand the staff’s actions kill their reputation.

My daughter has been going to BALLESTRLNI’S since she was 3 years old. She is now 11 and still wants to go. She goes on Thursdays to help out on field trips. She eventually wants to work at the center as a camp counselor.

I have to say, my husband was recently diagnosed with cancer and Andrea and the whole crew had been more than accommodating to my girl! This place is a gem!

I have four kids and all have attended Ballestrinis. My first 3 kids are much older so when it was time to start the process of childcare 17 years later w/my 4th one, I didn't hesitate to go back to Ballestrinis. My son has done so much progress since starting thir preschool program. I confidently recommend them. I'm a return parent who came back after almost 20 years!

My two kids go there and they love it . Every single day there are many stories that they come back.. the staff there is so dedicated to each kid and friendly and they always make each kid welcome and help them to adapt to the environment.. they 100% they have a well communication between parents and them.. My child did not like the staff except a young lady that works there. Two weeks after being under their care my child was diagnosed with hand foot and mouth disease just as most child in the class room was at that time. I constantly received phone calls while I was at work asking me to pick up my child for supposedly bad behavior (meaning kicking and pushing) which I believe a normal behavior for a 2 years old, i also had to sign multiple write ups with the intent of exclude my child for the same behavior. it was definitively not a good experience for me or my child.
