I came here for my first in-person class, and I loved it. Jacob is a good teacher. I didn't feel any judgment, and I didn't feel oversupervised. It was great to just be able to flow and learn. The 5:45 class was small, which was really nice.

The studio has a relaxed vibe. I'd recommend arriving early, but 5–10 minutes should be more than enough time to set your stuff in a cubby and unroll your mat.

The studio has some Manduka props for sale, as well as yoga clothes and incense-type stuff such as palo santo and sage bunches. They have mat rentals, and I think some of those mats are Mandukas too. Great opportunity to try before you buy.

Bandaloop makes it super quick and easy to book classes on the fly and to cancel and get your money back when needed. Communication regarding scheduled classes is excellent as well.

Bandaloop is an amazing space in Montgomery, specializing in yoga and unique boutique fitness experiences. There are creative classes there - most recently they added a barrelates which is a blend of ballet movements and pilates. She also has a burn and sculpt class for those wanting to use weights and burn some calories. As far as I know, this is the only studio offering prenatal yoga. Come check out a class! She has a package for all budgets, not to mention walk-in pricing. Incredible group of diverse instructors.

Bandaloop Yoga is a warm, welcoming studio. Hannah, the owner and an instructor, offers a comprehensive variety of classes. She focuses on having correct anatomical form and “listening to your own body” during your practice. I highly recommend this studio. You will truly enjoy Hannah’s encouraging spirit.

Bandaloop yoga is a welcoming, friendly, inspiring community of yoga instructors and yogis. The studio is warm and inviting with the highest level of instruction (with modifications available). I totally recommend this amazing yoga studio for both newbies to yoga and long-time yoga practitioners!

Attended a heated yoga class with Hannah- unbelievable doesn’t begin to describe the experience! Therapeutic for mind and body! If you are looking for a low impact workout that benefits your whole self- check out Bandaloop! You won’t be sorry.
