Michael Konstantaras worked with Myrtle, a husky mix rescue from Texas that had developed some concerning people-guarding/reactivity during the adoption transition. Michael came in with a behavior-driven training approach that was focused on identifying/understanding the root cause of the issue rather than rely on averse training tools (that often just suppress the behavior rather than resolve it). His methods were extremely effective with Myrtle and he completely captured who she is as a dog (sweet, loyal, soft) rather than define her by her stress-triggered behaviors. There was a significant improvement in Myrtle after just one session with Michael and the family even referred to her as a “completely different dog.” Michael refers to his training approach as dog behaviorist/communicator and he truly is that! Beyond his dog training/behavior expertise, Michael is just an overall kind, patient and compassionate person with a huge heart for these animals. We are so grateful to have found him and would recommend him to anyone that is not only looking to address unwanted behaviors, but also to build a stronger, more trust-based relationship with their dog. Mike is a miracle worker. Our dog Winston is 9 years old, very protective and territorial. Mike came in and completely disarmed him within an hour of our first session. He taught us how to be the leaders of the pack and in turn, Winston would be a happier dog for it. Winston has completely transformed into a calm, obedient dog overnight. Our shelter dog was a 3yo boxer mastiff with zero training when we adopted him. He was mouthy and difficult to walk. We were nervous if he would be the right fit for our son, but we hired Mike and Cassidy and they worked their magic!! Instantly, Mike was able to "master control" of our dog and demonstrated his ability to provide guidance during the training process. It took some months of practice but we've seen a night and day change in our dog. He n longer pulls on the leash. Walks along side us and seeks permission to walk ahead. He's extremely docile. No longer mouthy. Great on a leash. Sleeps at my feet. No longer appears threatening at all. We are BEYOND happy and impressed. Well worth the investment!!

Mike was amazing! He explained everything in detail and the psychology behind why he does what he does. He helped us help our pup to make him feel safe with us and in our home. Cassidy is a delight! She is beyond helpful with our little Pomeranian. Whether it’s in person, via text or phone call she is always so eager to help in a very timely manner. Their consistent commitment to personalizing YOUR training, accommodating YOUR schedule and their true passion for YOUR pups is top notch. We were dealing with 3 dogs and a new 90 pound addition. My only wish is I had called them years ago! They love dogs and are the kindest people.
