Jerry came to my rescue today !! I had a halogen bulb burn out and real estate sale photography in an hour. Who did I call - Batteries N Bulbs in Sunnyvale ! Jerry had me send a quick photo via email and figured out the halogen type in stock. He also let me know that the new bulb might be darker (counter intuitive to a novice like me!) so I appreciated the feedback to buy both to replace. God bless brick and mortar stores and owners that have your back !! Highly recommend.

The other day IHad the pleasure of meeting the owner after searching all over town and calling numerous stores for the bulbs I was looking for. No other store in the Bay Area had them in stock. After going into the store and seeing his well organized inventory he brought it right out while answering all the odd questions I had about this product. I’m forever grateful. If you can’t find a battery or bulb he will know exactly where to find it and if your have a future bulb project he has a team ready to get it handled big or small.

Went in on a Saturday late afternoon. The gentleman there that was working at the time was very helpful, professional and courteous. They had exactly what I needed. I was impressed with their selection and bet they have everything you need when it comes to batteries and light bulbs and other little gadgets. The place is packed with an awesome inventory. Not impressed.!! Needed a bulb for my kitchen stove extractor fan. A standard halogen par 16 ( shape) 60w flood… They Took the order on the 6th october , I called each week to be told “ waiting on shipment”..3rd call October 26th to be told. “Oh we called you to let you know that bulb is not available.. “ -
NOT !!No VM No call… no missed call..!!!Told I needed to come in to the store to get a refund…luckily called before going the next day only to find out from a second employee that “ only a manager can do refunds and there is no manager in the store today “ I rate this poor corporate management.
In the end , got the bulb needed from another company online that shipped same day for cheaper price..

Online order, received in 2 days! Patient, helpful, informative... found on web- WOW for diversity in products!!! Called twice, got old bulb, then realized they had camera batteries, called again! Found it at half cost of elsewhere I'd checked. Will keep on "speed click". Excellent help. 10 stars!

This is a great place to get hard to find bulbs. I was assisted by Uday who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of items in the store. I was impressed as he when straight to my needs, as the store has thousands of items. He also suggested I could always call for additional information. Highly recommend for your purchases.
