I attended a trial class yesterday and I can't stop thinking about it! Bear in mind that I am horribly out of shape, but I've been working on it. Also, I was fairly athletic 10ish years ago and have done boxing and kickboxing in the past, so I had *some* idea of what I was in for. He. Kicked. My. A$$. It was the BEST full body workout I think I've ever had. Everyone there-- trainers and clients-- was so nice and encouraging! I was afraid of showing up and having the "fat kid" stigma, but I felt like I belonged. Good, good stuff!

I live in Nashville, but had the pleasure of taking a class at Battle Republic while spending a night in Birmingham. After walking into the gym on a whim, Coach Kristen & Coach Lucy were kind enough to stay after hours to help me register for a class the next day. The class was so much fun, and the staff & community went above and beyond to make me feel welcome & supported. Highly recommend this gym for a great workout and great people. Thanks, y’all!

have only started, 6 classes so far and have ABSOLUTLEY Loved every class and instructor, they take the thinking out of counting reps and make it so much fun while working hard at whatever level you are at, Definitley recommend cause it is the BEST 45 minute full body workout!

Battle Republic is a great experience! As someone who gets very nervous about working out in a group setting the team at BR made sure to make me feel comfortable. I love that the class is inclusive no matter what your fitness level is, they make sure you do what you are comfortable with and offer modifications for more or less intensity. Everyone is encouraging and kind! I always feel great after leaving a class!

One of my favorite places to relieve stress! Leah, the owner, is very personable. She strives to know everyone on a first name basis. The classes and community are very encouraging. On your first visit, you get a tour, welcome card, and some wraps. They ensure that you are very comfortable and welcomed.

Battle republic is the best gym around. Not only do you get a great workout you also leave with positive energy and lots of inspiration to carry into your day. Battle on demand was a huge part of my wellness journey during the various Covid shutdowns. I’d recommend battle to all fitness levels. The coaches are always great to show ways to modify your workout if need be!
