They were efficient at the beginning. Then, they disliked the way they treated the patient. Wound care is extremely neglected, under staffed. Did not bathe patients in a timely manner. They ran out of adult briefs in the correct size needed and would put the wrong size on the patient. The patient would speak to the charge nurse about issues, but they ignored them.

My husband was assigned to this facility for his respite back in November 2024. He was supposed to be there for four days. After the first day, I was getting calls from the facility saying that they could not watch him because he was walking around and they don’t lock their doors and they were afraid that he was gonna walk out so they were going to send him back home. So he was at respite for less than 24 hours. This was totally unacceptable. When he came back home, he did not have the clothes that he went there with. I called the facility. They cannot find them. They said send us the receipts for his missing items and we will reimburse you. I have not been reimbursed yet. I’ve made several calls and sent emails and I’m still waiting. I’m not sure how this facility has a licensed to care for Alzheimer’s dementia patients and they expect them to stay in the bed all day. I would not send another family member there for care.

The Thanksgiving Brunch celebration was beautiful and delicious! Turkey, ham, ALL the side dishes and 3 kinds of pie. The staff were especially kind and caring. Some were taking nice photos of all the table groups to remember the festivities. Beautiful centerpieces. I plan to spend next Thanksgiving with Mom for a wonderful day. Kelley Green.

My mother was a patient at Bayshire for approximately 3 weeks. There are no words to express my gratitude for the high quality of care that she received. The staff at every level is positively incredible. I would recommend Bayshire to anyone.

This place is so clean. The staff is so friendly. The food was great. My mother had no complaints. She was there for about a month and a half. And in that month and a half;
We were able to meet Lisa in dietary. She took care of all my mothers food allergies, and took it into considerations when preparing her meals. Therapy was also great.

I can’t say enough about how awesome Bayshire Skilled nursing facility is. My mother is 96 and there for a short time after being in the hospital. They have been so comforting, kind, and professional with her. From Lauren the social worker, to the physical therapy staff, all just wonderful! Also, a shout out to Jessica, who walked her to Bingo and helped her shower, very sweet girl! Thanks to all the amazing staff!!

My husband recently spent 10 days at Bayshire Rancho Mirage in the SNF. We had a wonderful experience while he rehabbed from a bad fall. The facility is clean and well maintained. Food is even good. The staff were pleasant and helpful. A special Thank you to Helga and Mackenzie (CNAs) and Bong and Theresa (PT). Without them he wouldn’t have made the amazing progress he did! We will recommend this facility to anyone needing this type of care!

Very bad experience trying to check my wife into this facility. They gave me some cock-and-bull-story about an old lien that medicare had in the books.

I was willing to pay cash while this was resolved. But they gave the room away anyway, leaving us out in the cold
