Although this program is government funded, they need to improve their communication with parents. Sometimes UTS doesn't show up, or they are to early or even late. They both are lacking in communication to the parents. What about the parents that do work? They have to make arrangements for their child at the last minute or miss work! What are single parents suppose to do? UTS is the worst! Maybe find a different way to transport these little ones.
