Seriously consider avoiding the Kindercare chain, this facility in particular. There is a widespread culture of staff protecting staff at all costs while keeping parents in the dark. Remember they are a large corporation highly motivated by profit over quality of care. They cut corners whenever possible, which means hiring unqualified, underpaid teachers and tolerating mismanagement. Your child will experience a high turn over among caregivers and sadly, sub-par care. As a parent you will be deceived.
I witnessed alarming abuse in two classrooms over the two week period I worked there. I reported them to CPS and resigned. I watched as the Director- who is still at the facility- witnessed some of this abuse and ignored it. She was looking through the window and turned a blind eye. There are no cameras in the classrooms, which was her choice. Best wishes finding excellent, loving care for your child.

Terrible place. I have expressed my concerns as a parent about the lack of care for my child, children being yelled at or talked down to, several teachers know about this and nothing has been done. The teacher is still there. Administration does not care about your children and if they act like they do, they don’t! Get them out and stay out.

My son has been attending KinderCare since he was 6 months and I love everyone of the teachers. All of the staff make you feel comfortable and welcome I can go to work in peace knowing my son is being provided the best of care and education.

We have been very pleased with the infant program! Our son has done so many great interactive projects. He adores his teacher as do we! Overall it has been a wonderful experience!
