I visited your facility last Thursday to inquire about availability for my 18-month-old and my 4-year-old preschooler. I spoke with Savanna, who informed me that there was space for both children, but expressed concern regarding transportation for my 4-year-old since you do not provide pick-up or drop-off services. I explained that I would explore alternatives, and after speaking with the school, I confirmed that transportation could be arranged by school bus.

I followed up with a phone call to Savanna on Monday and left a message but did not receive a response. When I visited today, I was told that the owner had stated you do not accept school-age children. This was surprising, as your website indicates enrollment is open for children up to age 5.

If the policy has changed and school-age children are not accepted, I recommend ensuring your staff are fully informed and that the website is updated to prevent providing misleading information to families exploring care options.

Amazing daycare and staff. My daughter has went here since she was in the infant room. Always clean and always so inviting. The kids are always fed quality meals as well. I would 100% recommend this daycare facility! 10 🌟

My son has attended this daycare for 2 1/2 years and we haven’t had any issues. The girls here have always kept me informed of anything going on. He is always happy to share his day with us. I love how I receive photo updates throughout the day as week any activities, food served and bus nap schedule. They truly make my day easier knowing my child is safe.

My sons absolutely loves all his teachers and gets excited to come to daycare every morning. They have great staff who truly care for your child. All the way from teachers to management. I love the updates on their app and the pictures I get throughout the day, I couldn't ask for a better place to watch over my son!

Because We Care Learning Academy has had a positive impact on my sisters. The teachers are always positive for the kids and they provide learning while making it fun. My sisters always are so happy and cheerful when me and my mom say they are going to daycare and one of my sisters always says bye to all of her friends that I didn’t know she even had! So this daycare also provides social learning and opportunities. So I think Because We Care Learning Academy is a great place for toddlers in every way 🙂

My daughter has been going here since she was 10 weeks old, now she’s 9 months old. Never had any issues up until today when I picked my daughter up from daycare and she had a bald spot. I was told they used a comb to try to get baby food out of her hair. They never asked me for permission to comb her hair. They mentioned in their handbook that they keep children to their appearance standards which is great but nowhere does it mention combing a child’s hair without asking for permission. They wouldn’t even mix my baby’s breastmilk with formula without me updating a feeding plan but yet they think its okay to comb her hair until its bald. Asked them to file an incident report in order for me to get camera footage and they stated they can’t file an incident report because there was no “incident”. Also stated that their footage runs inconsistently. Since we’re going by the handbook it states that if there’s an incident they will allow us to see camera footage. They only follow rules if it conveniences them. Love miss Victoria and Alyssa though.

The daycare attempted to press charges and call CPS on me in retaliation. The daycare lied to police officers and CPS and informed them that I “Chest bumped” a daycare teacher. After providing camera footage both charges were dropped due providing false information.

I absolutely love this daycare!!! My daughter looks forward to going every day to see her friends and especially her teachers. The staff is so welcoming, friendly and most importantly they feel like family. I highly recommend this place!
