It's exhausting to get Member Activity cards renewed every year. Have gone twice and will have to go back a 3rd time and try it again and this seems like it's pretty typical. The offices being open on Saturday mornings when M-F working folks could actually get there, a more convenient location along 71 or, or, or, now hear me out, an online renewal process, would really be helpful.

POA has become a "career" now. They raise the monthly fee and now you see a fleet of brand new vehicles. They never balanced their budget and the solution was to take more from the homeowners. They are going to want more money and continue to expand by continually raising fees for their own survival. It's BULLSHIT. I'd like to see enough signatures to end the POA. Bentonville does just fine without a POA.

Don't make the mistake of moving here if you have kids. You'll drive 20 minutes to get to anything from a decent playground to something that isn't fast food. Look at the state of Kingsdale park. Like shooting? Look at the state of the shooting range. POA president makes over $300k a year. Our state governor doesn't even make that much.

I have always had excellent service from the POA. Friendly, and efficient staff. They do need to tighten up on the Airbnb guests, and make them have guest passes, and daily lake passes. Those guests are using the resources we pay for, and live here for. They need to abide by all the rules, just like a resident.

Very happy here. Are there things I’d change? Of course. I mean, I think white fences are superb. But all in all, I’m happy. And it goes without saying, the people who work here are fabulous. They don’t make the rules. Don’t take it out on them.

Signed up for my Bella Vista Property Owners membership card today. “Doug” was the man on the other side of the desk & talk about cordial.We arrived 15-minutes before close of business & Doug couldn’t have been more helpful & courteous. Great customer service skillset! Keep up the good work.

Since 1969 I remain unimpressed with the BVPOA. That is when we first became"members" of the POA. I think I have seen it all, and it is not positive.
