I don't know about the teachers but the staff is extremely rude(especially the two ladies at the main office). I went there to take the ESL placement test. I think we can all agree that people who are taking the test are there because they know little to no English, but they treated us as if we were stupid! Instead of using different, simpler words for those who didn't understand, they were raising their voices and almost shouting at them. I even saw one them (a male worker who also speaks Spanish) snapping his fingers to one of the employees, telling him he needed to work faster.. I'm not even kidding. After finishing with the test, this same man gave me my orientation date and hour. I told him I had class at that hour and he told me "that's it, I already gave it to you, there's no more negotiation". (?!!!) He didn't asked me beforehand if those hours were ok with me (It's not the same hours I would be taking the ESL class) and I'm sure there could be another time I could go.. There's just no interest from them for people to learn.
And, by the way, the process of taking the placement test takes more than two hours and with this arrogant staff it feels even longer.. So be prepared.
