I had booked my daughter 1st birthday party here. Drew called me two days before the party and stated “unfortunately he was going to have to refund me because they double booked”. How did you double book when you book through the website. So you mean to tell me you didn’t pay attention to your bookings until two days before the event!!! Then I asked About my refund and he stated it depends on the bank. However, the whole situation was very inconvenient. Two days before an event you cancel on someone without a good explanation just we double booked. He didn’t try to accommodate me or anything.
