HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE- DON'T EXPECT A RESPONSE OR CALL BACK FROM KIM. I would NOT recommend signing up for a class with Best Chance CPR & First Aid or with Kim. While there was a calendar/schedule on the website for their FL office, there was not one for the Knoxville location. So I called and spoke with Kim. She said she was working on the schedule and would give me a call back to schedule a time for CPR training for a group of us. Two weeks went by and I NEVER heard from her. So I called again and sent her an email. We finally schedule a time for Kim to hold a CPR certification training class at my house for a group of us. She emailed less than 24 hours of when the training was suppose to take place and cancelled due to bogus reason, but she said she could reschedule us for later in the week (She said she was available Wednesday-Friday). We immediately replied back for Thursday. She NEVER responded back. I continued to send her emails over 5 days to get her to confirm or to cancel with us altogether so that we could sign up for training through another company...we even offered her to pay more than the class cost. She NEVER ONCE responded back. She left us scrambling to find another CPR class with very little time to spare before needing the certification complete. I wouldn't have minded as much if she would have just replied back saying "Sorry, I am not going to be able to train you all." Especially when I specifically told her that I understood if that's the case, but to not respond altogether is not only rude but just flat out bad business. Knox CPR, LLC said that they had others call and say the same thing about Best Chance CPR & First Aid. So that goes to show my case wasn't an isolated incident. I highly recommend Knox CPR, LLC. I was able to call on Wednesday (yesterday), and even though their class was full for the following day, Chris was able to find an instructor to come to my home the following night to train us in CPR. Chris was always quick to reply/response.
