We attended a birthday party here and it was a very nice facility. It's very hot and humid in the pool area so dress appropriate if you aren't swimming lol. The upstairs gymnasium was also very nice and had a little rock climbing wall.

If I could give separate review for The Big Betsey and Little Sprouts, I would. The Big Betsey has done wonders for my oldest. Unfortunately, Little Sprouts has gone downhill fast. There is little to no communication for parents. The children had picked up on behaviors due to some staff members not paying attention or interacting with the children.

We have been here many times for birthday parties. It is always a pleasant experience and the lifeguards are always super nice and pay attention to the swimmers needs. Great place to rent out and enjoy.

Is great for a warm swim. And has a lovely gym for birthday parties. Very historic building. Come learn some history and meet some real genuine people.

The pool was amazingly warm. The lifeguard was very nice and accommodating with the kids. Would recommend them to anyone having a pool party

The people for the most part are ok= Some are really really nice welcoming helpful n friendly 😃! (N of course there's always got to be THAT OTHER one in the bunch n I met her 😶here too, oh well). The water aerobics teacher is awesome at 11:00 and that's a very friendly class that I would recommend you attend !!!!!!! To be honest I have to tell you that Currently the heater is experiencing difficulties and instead of being too cold the water IS UNBELIEVABLY HOT about every other time I was in there the last month...(so I had to stop going for a while because it's not healthy that hot above 94° for ME at least...). I assume they are doing everything humanly possible to get things fixed🙏. The facility is kept clean and tidy and is quite adequate for swimming if you're just a recreational, enjoy the warm water type of person. If you're a lap swimmer you need to be aware that there are no lap lanes and you hope other people will allow you a straight line up and down the pool.... some of the people are polite and let you go along the edge of the pool ... And then there are those other people who are unaware of anyone else but themselves apparently. There were very few actual swimmers during the days I was there. If you do a very hard workout swimming you might consider how you could overheat in the therapy temperature water...90-94°... and I recommend you do real workouts lap swimming at a pool that has a temperature that's at least 10° lower since Betsy Mills . It is meant to be a THERAPY pool and the water is extremely warm. Serious swimmers doing lots of fast laps or long hard swim workouts in water that hot may possibly become overheated. If you just want to stretch out some achy joints however it's ok most of the time and will be better when they get their heater regulated more consistently to not get too hot.
