Just took the ITIL Foundation class a few weeks ago and it was AMAZING! I had gone into the class knowing a decent amount of the material and expecting a boring lecture but it was anything but. Erika was my instructor and she did a great job keeping the class fun and interesting. She had many different ways of presenting the material that just made everything come together so nicely. This class was far from a boring lecture where you just sit and take notes as the instructor talks. We did multiple activities and had constant discussions and interactions with everyone in the class. I really enjoyed it and the commitment and encouragement Erika brought everyday really helped you feel confident.

I took the ITIL Foundations class last week and was surprised at how enjoyable it was! Erika did a great job of presenting the information in a way that made it easy for us to understand how it pertained directly to our organization. She did such a great job that everyone in our class passed the exam. I am already gathering information about the next level of training, and am looking forward to another excellent Beyond20 classroom experience!

Awesome training sessions! I just completed their ITIL foundation class. My instructor, Erika did a great job delivering complex ideas using easy to understand concepts. It was educational and fun at the same time. Highly recommended! And yes, I passed the exam too.

Recently I took two classes from Beyond20; ITIL Foundations and Project Management Fundamentals. For both classes, the information was sound, valuable and presented well. The classes are interactive - it' not a boring all-lecture format. Erika taught both classes, and she was a gifted instructor. Class materials were valuable, and the ITIL materials were perfect for exam study. I plan to use them again and would highly recommend.

I wasn't too excited to take the ITIL Foundations class, but Erika made the dry topic relevant and kept it engaging. Not only was the class interesting, I learned content that I can take back and apply in my work. A big plus was also being prepared to PASS the exam on the final day!

Highly recommend Beyond20 for anyone interested in ITIL, whether to implement or for certification. Have had both Erika and Brian 2 times each while on the road to the Expert cert. While they certainly know which info to give in class and study for to pass the test, they also know how to practically implement ITIL in an organization.
Very much appreciate their knowledge and ability to teach, and feel I'm learning real-world stuff in addition to becoming certified.

Going through ITIL Foundations with David and Beyond20 was a great experience. David was knowledgeable and filled with practical application and experience. David was able to translate ITIL Foundations for testing purposes as well as how to use in the real-world. For people interested in gaining an understanding of ITIL Foundations and/or testing for the ITIL certificate, I would highly recommend taking this class with Beyond20.
