It was the best and only place to work out in Cordova, very good prices for what there was and very nice people. The equipment looked used but not to damage and very sanitary. The basketball court was gray and enjoyed shooting some hoops with some friends. I would definitely recommend if you have free time and want to get a workout in or you want to play a little b-ball go there it's worth it's cost

It's a small but it has all the nessesities, a small sauna, a changing room, upstairs there is a basketball quart that can play different activities. Downstairs there is some weights and elliptical. A little but of everything you need to workout. Everything is clean for the most part

It has a basketball court on the second floor, MMA training on the third floor, bathrooms for men and women with a sauna on the first floor and Olympic weights on the basement floor.

Has a keycard secured door for entering after 8 pm. Open all day.

Bathrooms have toilets, and showers.

Basement and first floor have at least a dozen treadmills

This place is genuinely terrible. We went and they denied us access. I feel as though one of the employees should be fired for being disrespectful at the desk. We will not be coming back.
