Stayed at the Honey Bear Chalet and it was the cutest most comfortable cabin. The process of booking and checking in/out was so easy and my family had the most amazing time. The cabin had everything and the honey bear playground in the backyard was the cutest thing that I’ve ever seen. The home is simply amazing and beautiful we did not want to leave. Thank you!

First let me start with saying WOW!!!!!! If we could give this location a 10 star review we absolutely would, and the same goes for Big Bear Lakefront Cabins & Best Mountain Vacation Rentals. Our experience with their staff was extremely amazing.

We booked Yogi Bears Cabin for my son’s 14th birthday get away. When booking I looked at so many different locations but when I saw this one I was dead set on booking it. We specifically chose it because the game room and Hot tub. That was honestly the selling point for me and what a hit. The kids and family loved the game room. There is literally so much to do there you almost don’t need to leave the Cabin. It was so clean when we arrived and smelled very pleasing. There was some complimentary coffee, Sugar cookies and chocolates left by the staff. The views are beautiful and when it’s covered in snow WOW!!! . When they say the location is close it is so close to everything food, stores, slopes, lake etc… it makes it very nice. We went to go tubing on a Saturday but the Tubing resorts were so packed so we decided to just get some saucers and sleds. We hit a few local hills and went back to the cabin to warm up. Once we got home we found that the planter located at the front of the house was perfect for a little sled spot so we got to forming one up and man it came out so cool. I have stayed at a lot of Vacation rentals over my time on this fine earth and let me tell you I cannot tell you enough how amazing this location is and how amazing the staff are. We highly recommended booking it and we will definitely be booking it again and again.

I rented from Big Bear Lake Front Cabins through Airbnb (couldn’t write a review because it’s past 14 days). We had originally rented another cabin on Airbnb , hosted by a different host, the house was not a described in the ad. (Was listed as a 3/2 but was a 2/1.5 and for 8 plus a baby that wasn’t going to do.) So at 11:pm I requested a house listed by Big Bear Lake Front Cabins, it was approved, quick, easy and painless. We were in the house by 11:45. The house was amazing, clean, and just as advertised. The host was responsive, nice, helpful and knowledgeable. It turned what could have been a disaster of a bday weekend to an enjoyable one. They also let me add an extra day last minute. This is where I’ll stay every year if available.

If you want to spend a weekend up in Big Bear and don’t know where to stay, I HIGHLY recommend booking a cabin with Big Bear Lakefront Cabins. Not only is it more affordable than just using AIRBNB, but the customer service was the best I ever had. Sierra, Jenny M., Judy, Claire and everyone else who assisted me were extremely helpful and accommodating. From planning my visit, to questions I had prior and during my stay, to checking out, it couldn’t have ran more smoothly. The cabin itself was large and beautiful, they provided all the necessary items, and the location was perfect. The brisk 12 minute walk to the Village area was so convenient. The entire booking process was easy and they never left you wondering how to do something. The information they provided was detailed and explained wonderfully via email and using the Hospitality app.

I ran into no issues during my stay but having the option to report any issues or simply call them made it reassuring just in case something were to happen.

There is truly nowhere else I’d recommend. It was the perfect way to celebrate my 28th birthday. Thank you to everyone at this company who made my visit the best!

Great place right on the lake, great views, clean house and the management was very helpful.

Really amazing and spacious cabin with an even better staff. Rena was very helpful with extending our checkout time with ease. And Claire is just a delight to talk to on the phone and was extremely helpful. Highly recommend this place for a memorable winter getaway!

DO NOT RENT THESE CABINS: I had reservation from at Lakefront Hideaway Cabin [39326, Aurora Road, Big Bear lake, CA]. This cabin had snow+ice on the driveway, stairs, patio, chairs, tabes, pathway everywhere - atleast a 12-15 inches snow which was not ploughed since the last snow in the area. Despite calling them thrice between and explaining our situation, we were just denied by RENA (picked up our call twice), quoting there's nothing to be done and the snow was ploughed out without even seeing the situation; and that someone would come - noone did. Only Carlyle who picked up the call 2nd time sent someone to have a look at the situation. The guy who came for maintenance to the cabin confirmed that snow was not ploughed out. This lady is so rude that she outright denied any help and rejected the fact that ploughing out snow could have been missed out. it was so risky and the outside area was hazardous and not usable.
To top up:doors with broken locks, no soap/shampoo/conditioner/hand-soap in the toilet.
When contacted: they say, “we think people come here to enjoy snow”.

We stayed at the Moonridge Lodge 5 and loved it! We were blown away by the beautiful kitchen and bedrooms and many restrooms! The hot tub was great. Scenery nice. No end tables or patio furniture yet, but I’m sure they are in the works. We were the second ones to use it! Very clean and new! Thx!
