It was so fun, I didn't have room in my luggage to buy everything I wanted when I visited my son there. I'll be back, but it was well organized, airy and friendly and reasonably priced

The staff here is nice but I can think of very few experiences where this store does not make some kind of error. Their price match is not really a price match - you get store credit. The online orders are almost always later than promised. Things I've ordered are cancelled by their system without any notification. I usually walk out extremely frustrated!

I love Biola and the shop was great. A Lot of merchandise and accessories. Only note is that The hoodies and T-shirts were just a bit over priced for what you were getting. Ove all great school 10/10 would recommend.

Biola students, DO NOT buy your books through the Biola Campus Store. Not only are the books outrageously expensive, they are often unjustly so, and many times, not in stock. As a student at Biola, and as a friend to someone who has worked at the Book Store, I can tell you firsthand that it is a disaster. No one knows what they're doing, and not due to their own incompetence, but because of the appalling management at the store. My source at the Book Store has told me that web orders pile up, are often left unattended for long periods of time, and are sometimes lost.

Buy your books on Amazon, or some other online/used books store, because the Campus Store will overcharge you and waste your time.

Also, be prepared to spend 50+ dollars on a sweatshirt to represent your school. Worth it? Maybe. Ethical? Debatable.

You can do better, Biola.

Nice assortment of Christian reading material. Sale prices on actual Bibles. But I was disappointed that they do not carry the NASB, widely recognized as the best literal translation, produced locally just a few miles away in La Habra, and adopted by several local churches as the primary text for worship services and Bible studies.

Dear Biola student,
I realize that it may be convenient for you to sell back your textbooks here at the end of the year, but don't do it! I, and other students, have been ripped off. If you want to get the best price selling back your books, send them to amazon or other sites if you can. Amazon has a program in which you can send your books to them, they pay for shipping, and they will credit you the money.
In my experience, the bookstore did not want to buy back a book I had purchased from them, but I got $60 from Amazon.
Also, do your research and try to get your textbooks from other sites.
Good luck
A Biola Student

Don't buy your books from the Biola Bookstore, all the prices will be over-inflated. You will end up spending hundreds of dollars and when you go to sell them back you will only get a fraction of what you spent (this isn't unique to Biola, that's just the nature of a campus bookstore). Buy your books secondhand, your classes won't even require that you read half of them anyways, so who cares if they are used.

I ordered some pens online, and then a week later got an email that they canceled my order. I went into the store, and they said it was because they were out of stock and would not order more for me. I asked if I could take 50 2-packs of pens (which were in stock) instead of the 100 single packs I had ordered, and they refused.

False advertising on the pens.
