My husband and I took Care's Hypnobirthing course twice, one for each of our children and it was so worth it! We learned so many things about birth, hospitals procedures, our rights as parents, etc., which gave us the confidence to go into each of our kids' births with all the tools necessary to make decisions for ourselves as opposed to someone else being in control of my body and my babies' births that wouldn't necessarily have our best interest at heart. This course is so empowering. I came in with so many fears about birth and by the end I was confident, in control, prepared, ready to speak out for myself and trust my body and most importantly educated with all the things to make informed decisions about my labor. My husband also came in knowing very little about birth and by the end he knew how to advocate for me in those moments and how to support me during labor. I now recommend it to any pregnant woman I know. If you are thinking of taking it, DO IT! You won't regret it!

Care has such a wealth of knowledge that was so helpful on top of what I’ve been studying to prepare for birth. She gave my husband so much more confidence and direction in his role of supporting me (as well as confidence I needed in my husband to feel I can rely on him 100%). She answered so many questions big or little and knows so much about the different protocols each hospital in San Diego has in labor and delivery. She is gracious and engaging. No matter what type of birth you want she is open minded and knowledgeable on what you need to know to feel empowered. Even though it was online I loved the class size and meeting other people that were in the same stage of life as us. She is worth every penny and a great resource for any questions you have leading up to birth and postpartum.
