Today was one of those days. I needed a second opinion on a septic system to meet the health department's standards. Blake's Sanitation didn't have any openings for a next-day inspection, but when they heard that the seller needed an estimate to close on the sale of their property, they managed to fit me into their schedule. They called while they were on their way. Once they arrived, they thoroughly examined everything and explained that some of the work I thought was necessary actually wasn't. They then detailed what was required and what that entailed. Their employee, Hunter, was polite, extremely helpful, and willing to share his knowledge about the system with me. I would highly recommend this company!

This company is outstanding! They will do the “ugly” work and without complaint. They are so positive, knowledgeable, and do great cleanup. I almost called a plumber and using Blake’s, saved me 1/2 the cost. They are punctual too. Excellent!

Excellent service however I just recieved my renewal for my septic maintenance and now it's over 300 dollars. I believe it's gone up another 40 dollars from last year. If you're going to have that much of a price increase you should at least give your repeat customers a reason why. And please dont blame the POTUS. Government officials have nothing to do with getting your septic cleaned. Needless I think its time to shop around.

I would (and do) recommend Mr. Blake to do plumbing work. He’s prompt and does a great job on big and small jobs. Our house is very old and Blake’s work well even in our scary basement.

I ordered a porta pot for 30 days for a construction job. They brought out a dirty unit. I called and they came out to clean it. They billed me twice for the same month. When I called they told me I had to pay both bills even though we only used it for 1 months. The customer service was horrible, she was very rude on the phone,, and we won't be using again.
