Dedicated trainers willing to work with you to help you achieve your goals. You have to put in the time and work but they will help you succeed. Im pretty sure I'm in the best shape I've ever been except maybe from after Navy Dive School, but I'm getting close to that for sure. Thank you BCGA!

I cant speak highly enough of Chase and Nathan. Great instruction even for someone a little older like myself that has never done Ju Jitsu. They also have Kick Boxing and Muay Thai classes. Don’t think about it, just come to a class. You’ll be hooked.
