Horrible customer service! Been coming to this location for years and always experience bad customer service the managers must really consider proper training. Went to three different registers to check out waited a couple minutes there was nobody, saw an associate walking by asked her politely if she'd help she completely ignored and walked away as we were invisible, saw another associate asked her for help she said she can't as she was leaving asked her if could call somebody else she starts yelling and complaining about her life. Should've already left by this point but I went to upto another associate she finally helped us I asked for a manager to report this issue I was told to ignore it as they might be having a bad day. I understand that an associate could be having a bad day but how are they always a having day whenever I come to shop here? I see them talking to each other and they would be perfectly fine but you can never find anyone to help you out? The management must really look into this I have never experienced this anywhere else.

Shopped in the woman’s dept. and was helped by Laura and Selena the epitome of wonderful employees.. extremely helpful special ordered a top that they did not have in the size I wanted and always had a smile on their faces and in this season that’s INCREDIBLE..these two deserve a raise…

My family and I really enjoy going to Boscov's. We have been going here for about 10+years. The store is always clean, and so are the bathrooms which are in the lower level. It has a handicapped ramp. The elevator is next to the front entrance. There is service with a smile. The cashiers are pleasant. Their plastic shopping bags are free. If you don't have your store receipt to return an item, they can look you up using your rewards credit card or your regular credit card. It is quiet and you can shop with ease.

The prices here are not that bad. I like how there's a different theme for each floor. I bought my first recliner at Boscov's and I just love my recliner.

I bought some summer clothes that fit well. Also, the Winter wear is affordable too.

The prices on clothing is not that bad either compared to some stores.

Spending $120 at Boscov's during its many sales imo is a no brainer - especially for some of my family members who just love this place.

Thay also have candy here, which should be on the third floor

Absolutely love this store. Sort of lile khols but they have even more. The store is huge! 3 floors. And the third floor has a candy counter and sweet shop with fudge and everything a or by the pound. Only been there a couple times but it's totally one of my favorites at the mall. Highly recommend it when they have good sales going on.

I shopped here once a month when visiting family as I live an hour away and everytime in the last 3 months the escalator is out of order and has the guests overcrowding the elevator, I use the Mall escalator. The store is clean, easy to navigate, large selection even in the Men's department and awesome prices. I would suggest visiting the 80% off room on the first floor. They need a price scanner device for checking prices as things are not marked clearly and check your receipt as with me the last 3 orders the prices rang up higher on every visit. I wish the register would show us the client the prices as they are rung up and if a employee is not in the 80% off room to check you out, I use the register in the children's department.

Great place to shop for clothes and a ything you need for your home

Sales person was rude, didn’t know how to run a ticket without a skew, had to ask for help from 2 others. Overcharged me saying the computer price is correct. An entire rack of the item was 25feet away all with tickets saying 149.99 on sale for 69.99. The ticket advertised price is what the customer pays. I told her with all her comments she was rude and didn't belong working a register. She walked away saying I can’t deal with this! Another person took over, almost charged me twice for the same item. Once checked out, 20 minutes later an 6 people in line, I was told there are no more bags for my 250.00 purchase! It is 11am, the store just opened. Unbelievable!!
