Was super simple! Dropped my bags off here before a Rams game. Drop off was easy, just showed the QR code. He took our bags and stored them securely until we picked them back hours later afterwards. Definitely recommend if you need it!

This place was excellent! I just needed somewhere to stash this for a layover, and with it being within walking (long walk, but still possible!) distance of the airport it was the best choice. Super easy checkin process, and it was also very cheap. Would highly recommend!

I'm from Chicago - so I am naturally suspicious about everything, especially leaving my belongings in such a high-traffic area. I cannot recommend La Luz del Dia enough. Our bags were extremely safe with David and his lovely staff! We dropped them off with no hassle and picked them up before they closed. We were able to walk freely around downtown without worry. Definitely my best LA tourist find. Stop and have lunch there too! Thank you!!!!

I wanted a place near the airport to guard my bags while I explored LA. The manager was in office and explained me the process. They also gave me a receipt and told me that for security reasons they needed the actual paper back when I went back for the bags, which gave me the trust of them not giving my bags to someone else.
The process for retrieving the bags was also very fast and the guys were really nice.

OMG! such a gem and super convenient! short walk from union station, and yummy food definitely stop and order something if you have the time. the gentleman was kind and locker up my luggage for me. i had zero worries and could explore a bit of DTLA without lugging my luggage around. 10/10 recommend !

The service rep was very helpful in storing our luggage while we visited Los Angeles, giving us all the information on how/when to pick up. It was helpful not to lug our bags around before going to the airport later that evening.
