Anywhere but here! Not only was my son suspended and then expelled (after getting payment of course) but we’ve been trying to get our refund for weeks now. Either they don’t pick up the phone, never call back or always have some excuse as to why the check isn’t ready. My husband finally got through to some man via phone call after calling literally 9 times, and was told that he can come pick up the check today to which my husband confirmed the time, etc and took off work early in order to get to the camp office on time. Once there, he was told that the check was mailed back to the “other” office and when my husband asked why they couldn’t call him or at least not confirm the pickup today and perhaps not tell him that the check is ready; both the supervisor and the man looked perplexed. Mind you, this has been one of our many, many, many attempts in trying to get our rightful money back and they always have some excuse. Please, take your child somewhere else! We just moved from NYC so we do have experience with various camps and this camp hires barely-there looking teens with no experience who only know how to harass the parents if their child jumped too high and immediately have the child picked up cause the workers don’t want to do anything and it clearly shows! It may seem like a good idea cause of the price but you get what you pay for, if not a lot less so save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else where your child can get a decent experience.

All three of my children enjoy this B and G clubhouse. Staff attend to any situations as soon as it is brought to their attention. Notes from my children "the staff are nice," "the staff care about us," and "we do fun crafts."
