I recently took my daughter to Brain Balance Center, and our experience has been incredibly positive. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and attentive to her unique needs. They conducted a thorough assessment and provided a personalized plan to help address her challenges in focus, behavior, and learning.

The sessions are engaging and designed to build not only cognitive skills but also confidence and self-regulation. My daughter really enjoys the activities, and it’s been wonderful to see her progress over the weeks. Her focus has improved significantly, and she’s more confident tackling tasks that used to overwhelm her.

I also appreciated the communication throughout the process—the staff kept me informed every step of the way and provided practical tools to support her development at home.

Brain Balance has been a game-changer for our family. If you’re considering it, I highly recommend giving it a try!

Our experience with the Brain Balance program was nothing short of transformative. We enrolled our child who was struggling with focus, attention, learning delays, fine motor and strength delays. From the initial assessment, where our child's specific challenges were identified, to the tailored exercises designed to improve coordination, dexterity, and muscle strength, every aspect of the program was finely tuned to address these specific needs. Our gratitude goes to all the coaches who are so supportive and always motivating and encouraging my daughter.

Excellent program. My 5 year old son went through a 4 month basic program. When he came from Argentina, he was not able to control his emotions, his feelings, his thoughts. He was not able to coordinate his body, focus or talk. Executives, supervisors and coaches worked him out and got the best of him. The Brain Balance program has helped him develop and achieve all his goals, and we are so grateful for all their support. Brain Balance San Diego is a great place with caring people who genuinely want to see you and/or your child succeed. We came to Brain Balance to get help with my son’s impulsivity and focus. Since doing the program, we’ve seen improvements in various things. He’s more focused while doing homework, the duration of his outbursts have been shorter, and he’s also able to articulate his needs better. This place is so great!!! My daughter has a visual and auditory processing issue. We believe Brain Balance helped close the gap between the reading level she started at and finally reaching grade level this year. The coaches are great and she always loves going. Benefit so much from their program and we have seen great improvement with his ADHD symptoms; his is more calm, more able to control his emotions, able to focus better and over all is doing better socially in class. I am so happy that I have my grandson Jackson attend Brain Balance, a very positive outcome. Jackson loves all the coaches he has at Brain Balance. Everyone notices the changes in him like his coach, Sensei from his karate and school ground teachers and his teacher. He even made a goal and promise to his teacher that he will be a star of the week!
