Marina is an exceptional owner and educator. Marina and her team bring so much passion and enthusiasm to guide kids and help them achieve their milestones. My son had an excellent experience with mommy and me class. Katya and Elvira taught him colors, shapes, fine/gross motor activities, socializing with other kids and so much more. The best class to prepare kids for daycare, we are so lucky to have this in our neighborhood.

We love Brainy Academy.
My daughter spent 2 wonderful years here.
She took group classes when she was 3 with Mss. Katya who is a brilliant educator. It’s amazing how she keeps small kids engaged.
Pre-k is a 3 hours a day M-F program lead by Mss. Elvira who is a very caring and professional teacher. She is a little bit of a magician as well because my daughter started reading simple words easily.
Our pre-k class was 5-8 ppl during the year which is a perfect number so each child gets attention from the teacher.
Biggest plus is that we missed maybe 2 days of school each month November through March vs. kids in daycares being sick half of the time!!!!!

I take my 2.5 and 4.5 year old here all summer and now that school began we come for Saturday class. I saw more progress with my four year old in one month than I have in 2 years of daycare. The teachers are so sweet and have a great approach with kids. My kids ask to come here everyday. Which in my case never happens especially with my 4 year old. This place is great over all, very clean and the teachers manage to teach threw play.

We've had a different experience of our daughter's education and activities. We were changing kindergartens, sport classes and other activities until we enrolled her in Brainy Academy. Now our daughter rushes us to the school every time, she loves is so much that we had to add few more classes for her. She goes to Brainy 5 times a week now (and she just turned 4 recently). We attend 2 classes on weekends and 3 times during the week just after her full day in kindergarten.

There is no better recommendation than 4 year old kid asking for more classes and more homework!!!!!

Most importantly, the teachers are nice, caring, and compassionate. I also like the fact that the environment is clean, organized, and safe. It's important that parents feel comfortable whenever they are leaving their kids to be cared for by someone else. I feel extremely comfortable knowing my daughter was at this school. Teachers are very professional and know the children behavior more than their mom. They always inform us about how to and what to do in order to make children more competitive and good citizens.
I strongly recommend any one if you have to use a school for your kids, Brainy Academy is great for their future.

What I like about Brainy Montessori class:
The classes are pretty small.
Teacher and assistant are knowledgeable and pleasant.
The kids learn to work in groups as well as on their own.
The learning material and tools help kids easily grasp difficult concepts.
The teachers are very willing to discuss the child's activities as well as progress.
The price is reasonable.

Enrolling my son in Brainy Academy's Montessori class is probably one of the best parenting decisions I've made so far. My 3 year old son has been a student since July 2012 and has enjoyed it since day 1. The classroom is clean, bright, and offers a very stimulating learning environment. The teachers are caring, very patient and clearly passionate about their jobs. The director of the school is professional and friendly and is always willing to accommodate the parent's and child's needs. My son has mastered his ABCs, 123s, colors, shapes, etc, and as a parent, I couldn't be prouder. I would highly recommend this school to any parent looking for a great start to their child's education.

I would recommend this center to parents who care about nice and smooth transition their children to school. Here your children will learn academic material and have an opportunity to socialize in playful and fun atmosphere. When I discovered this place for myself I was stressed out to leave my 2 years old daughter in any daycare, so Brainy Academy was right place to go. The manager Marina of Brainy academy offered to my daughter gentle introduction to their program and privet calsses with the same teacher Maria (who was a teacher of the group too) until my daughter get used to the place and people and happily stays 2 hours in the group without stress. There are many other good things going on like holidays parties with and without parents and much more. Thanks to Brainy academy on Sheabshead Bay for taking care of my daughter!

After searching through many enrichment classes for my preschooler, I decided to go with Brainy Academy. I am a bit of a tough critic, being an early education teacher myself, I knew what to look for. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw him at Brainy Academy, which follows the Montessori method, sitting alone and sounding out/ spelling words. Unfortunately, putting him in a Montessori school is not an option for us, as the tuition is very high. Brainy Academy gives you the chance to experience it for a very affordable price. They have accredited Montessori teachers, and supplies.They always have the newest curriculum, and the teachers are patient while working with each child on their individual needs. The director created a perfect learning environment that is friendly and welcoming! I can not say enough positive things about this place and feel extremely lucky to have it in my neighborhood.
