Witnessed abuse of clients and nothing was done about it even though managers were made aware. My manager was fired for stealing money from two men then hired back. She would also scream at them and ridicule them, and other managers saw this and did nothing. The staff are overworked and the pay is awful. It was a terrible place for both residents and staff, and if you care about your family at all DO NOT LEAVE THEM AT BRIAN HOUSE.
