The desk area where u sit, possibly next to multiple undocumented persons that can listen to u from 10 feet away while u double verify all ur personal information over a ZOOM call with Unemployment, thus in violation of the Privacy ACT of 1974.
Veteran’s Liaison never around and they won't help u with a damn thing.
Training classes they offer on-site are comparable to today's middle school students and facilitators will treat u like one too.
Staff there will be intrusive listening to ur conversations, including the ones that're supposed to be protected by the Privacy ACT but aren't and if u yell the Unemployment lady on ZOOM that something is incorrect, you'll probably receive a threat in the mail citing the Conduct Policy, except it's OK for them to violate ur civil & constitutional rights......yeah

This place is not very responsive. I have been waiting over a month for a resume/cover letter support. The career coach I have worked with was nice but is is barely responsive despite several attempts to ask her for feedback. I have tried filling out their online form, emailing, and calling them to no response.

The staff here was quite rude when I went in. The woman at the front desk was talking to someone so I waited patiently for her to finish. When she saw me, she chastised me for not letting her know I was there. She should have been paying attention to the door in the first place. I also had to wait while another employee I was supposed to speak to finished a conversation completely unrelated to anything to do with unemployment or job searches.

Place operates smooth and efficiently. Plenty of computers to use and plenty of staff who were happy to assist you with your needs. Staff was reasonable and we're not condisending when asked questions as they tend to be at other government facilities. Your not rushed and not pressed.

I recently moved to this area and am really feeling lost. I came here one day after a nice woman in the social security office told me where to go for job search. I arrived and Mrs. MILLE was very welcoming explaining my options and how they help. I registered on the computer and again I was helped in a timely manner. I was uncomfortable however with some of the other clients in the computer area as one woman was very disruptive. I am returning to work on resumes and job searching. I'm thankful to the stranger in the social security office and also for the staff here.

The receptionist desk or whatever they are called are very inattentive. They always expect you to know the process and typically act disgruntled when you ask questions to find out. Looks like the place is not funded very well at all. But some of the counselors are exceptional in the assistance they give.

Very efficient and well-run organization. People are friendly and happy to give all the help and advise you need. Classes offered at no charge. Conveniently located across street from large parking garage and the parking is validated by the job center. Very positive experience.

I applied in person twice and online at home and went there in person, and I told one person about my past, but that was the past I'm all good now I'm stable now to work but I got a phone call almost half a month later being judged upon on so becareful on what you say about your self such as car accident or any injury that occurred to you recent or past because they will judge you bout what you just told so n so a judgemental place they not professional here.
