Being forced to go to medication visits every 2 months for no reason, then finding out they are trying to charge me $175 for every visit, even when my insurance has been covering it for years. Will not be going back.

My first therapist appointment was with Jennifer Chase. Talking and working with her was like being with my friend.
When Jennifer was unavailable temporarily Bridges had Craig Gillespie fill in.
Craig came to my home for my therapy appointments. He made me feel comfortable and has been easy to talk to since the first time meeting with him.
Bridge's Licensed Therapists have proved to be a pleasure to work with so far. It has been two for two that I've been happy with.

Been diagnosed at 26 and now 67. It's the worst of everywhere I've been. Can't begin to express the harm they've done. Sought treatment at Milford Mental.Health at 16 and the shrink fell asleep. Only go if there are no other options.

I have been calling for three weeks now explaining that I am having severe side effects from new meds. No one returned the call. To make matters worse, mo one will refill my meds or connect with me to provide ones better suited for me, so now I’m having withdrawal symptoms and am in the hospital. IMO this is malpractice and a joke. This facility deals with individual who live with mental illness. Thank you for given me another trauma to overcome by doing this to me

Mu boyfriend is suppose to be attending IOP here. I have called several different people and left messages for each and no one gets back to me. Today I just left a message for who they said is the supervisor, so let's see if anyone gets back to me. The communication here is horrible!!

I've had a great experience here with the child and family services. With the state budget cuts, I know the adult services have been cut. My understanding is that you cannot get individual therapy, just group therapy and medication management and that doesn't make everybody happy. But every clinician I've worked with as a foster parent and every doctor, especially Dr. Allen and their IICAPS teams have all been professional, kind and effective. The only service that has been underwhelming is there crisis response team, but I'm OK going other routes in an emergency.

I had the greatest experience today…. I talked to Christina until I was really feeling better…. I am so happy I went there and I’m even happier that I got her!…. I really feel that she made a difference
