Staff turnover is a serious problem. The teachers and directors who are at the actual location are great, they love and support our children and work extremely hard, but they get no support from the Bright and Early central office and management team (under resourced, no training, poor treatment). Three directors have been in place in about a 12-18 month span.

B&E in Guilford has been nothing short of a home for our daughter. The staff know her name and treat her like their own children. Any questions or comments I have, I am answered in a timely manner with no judgment. We tried a different daycare first and am SO glad we switched to B&E Guilford. It is so nice to drop my daughter off and know she is safe and well taken care of and her day filled with fun! The updates during the day are so comforting as well! We can't speak highly enough of the staff and curriculum at Bright and Early in Guilford!
