Like every where else. You get what you put in. And they're willing to help in anyway possible. The groups are positive and uplifting. The staff are kind and helpful with scheduling, and rescheduling. The doctor's are kind and understandable.

The staff here truly care about people! Every staff member smiles and was extremely courteous. My blood pressure was through the roof literally. Told me I shouldn't leave, warned me off the severity of the situation and even called me a non emergency life squad to take me to the hospital. Headache and dizziness set in when I was being transported to the hospital. If it wasn't for the staff here I might not be here to write this.

Bright view has been a big part of my ultimate recovery. From the staff to the counselors & medical staff. They will match your effort! You will get out what you put in... As long as you are ready for recovery; the in-person or virtual groups Brightview provide will help you gain the tools & knowledge to cope with everyday struggles with addiction. The staff @ Brightview actually have Empathy. Treating all patients with dignity & respect. I wouldn't want to be a part of any other treatment center!

This is the worst treatment center in ohio. STAY AWAY FROM HERE staff are mostly completely rude and unprofessional. Wait times are very long while they set around playing and laughing. They book 2-8 people for every time slot. They very rarely have doctors on site. So you wait 2 hours for a 2 min session with doctor on a laptop some where else. Then they can't seem to remember how ro get your script to the pharmacy like they did 4 weeks ago. It's a complete disaster. They have been bought out and constantly adding new charges calling them service fees. They want to run your insurance through each department and max out there limits every trip and charge hundreds for a 8 dollar urine test. If you don't work and want to spend 2-5 hours waiting to see doctor and counselor every month this place is for you. If you like going to pick your script up every month and being told they don't have it. Well then this place is for you. Every time they say it's pharmacy error when they don't send it. I've had to purchase medication from the street several times because they couldn't get my script to pharmacy like any normal provider. There are many options out there don't waist your time with these clowns.

I was extremely nervous about coming to Brightview & asking for help but every staff member is wonderful. They're very polite and patient and actually care about their patients. They will help you in every way they can without judgment or being condescending. I love it here and I'm 100% glad I came. Brightview is helping me get my life back on track.

I LOVE 💕 what Brightview has done for me. I Love the staff that greets you in the main office. They are Soo polite and respectful. I also Love the concern that the counselor and medical staff has for me. With our Brightview I would still be addicted to pain pills and probably living on the streets. So I would definitely recommend Brightview to anyone I knew was in need of the same help I received.

When you are in crisis and things this place will leave you high and dry without support and meds.they really do not care about the patients only their bottom line. This was a magnificent place when it was renew they were awesome. Since bright view bought it out it's a completely different experience. There is something to say when the counselors are quitting right and left over the way people are getting treated

I made a decision to make a move across the United States to start my recovery from opioid addiction. I moved from California to Cincinnati Ohio to take my life back and get back to what my life is really about and that's being a mother to my children. This facility is more then any review there's a deep connection you feel right away. They did everything in their power to help me and get me started. Services there are above and beyond. I have a counselor and a therapist I see a provider. I also go to groups 3× a week they don't leave anything out. Honestly they saved my life and I can't thank them enough!
