The nurses are exceptional. Kind, friendly, caring and on the ball. I feel well cared for by knowledgeable people who genuinely care for my well being. The oncologist waste no time figuring out any issues or problems that may occur because of your chemo treatment. The volunteers are so kind and do their best to make you comfortable.

My little brother just had surgery for a meniscus tear on his knee the doctors were nice and the nurses were amazing.
The anesthesiologist came in and spoke with him everybody made him feel super comfortable this is his first time ever experiencing surgery and they made him feel very very comfortable thank you

Bristol Hospital Cancer Care Center got this right! BHCC has had several hematologists/oncologists over the last 8 years, but the newest addition of Dr. Robert Black is their shining moment. My daughter and I met and talked with Dr. Black, and were thoroughly impressed. He is intelligent and knowledgeable, with an aptitude for clear and understandable communication with his patients. I am confident in my treatment with Dr. Black heading my care team.

With several options for cancer care in the area, Dr. Black reinforced my decision to remain with Bristol Hospital - my community hospital - for treatment. My patient-doctor relationship with him is just beginning, yet I have full confidence that he is an asset to the Cancer Care Center.

Dr. Black is very knowledgeable, personable and explains everything completely. Easy to talk to and doesn't talk way over your head or talk down to you. Staff was great too.

I gave a rate of four because the provider was informative, but the check in and check out not very professional, and need more customer service training and proper way to sit and speak to patients. This is a department that has to deal with people who are sick and scared.

My father went to Dr. Black and he is a disgrace to medicine. He doesn't respond to your calls or concerns. More importantly, my father's primary doctor couldn't even reach him. He's been sick for month's and went to see Dr. Black. He did all of these tests and in the end said he couldn't figure it out - "see you in three months". THANK GOD my father went to another specialist in the same field. Turns out he has cancer that has spread. Theses doctors get paid so much money but aren't held accountable when they don't do their job.

Patient at the cancer center. Dr.Brahaj, Julie APRN, and my nurse Debbie RN are AMAZING. They are a great team. I am blessed to have them.
